Governance

Irwin Place Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is registered as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Georgia (Control Number J607946) with its principal office located in Conyers, GA. Georgia Corporations Division We are governed by an elected Board of Directors representing homeowners, and our operations are guided by our bylaws, covenants, and community vision.

Membership & Participation

Every homeowner within Irwin Place is automatically a member of the association. We encourage residents to become active participants—whether by serving on committees, attending meetings, or staying informed through our communication channels.
